Structure & Flow is a System. It is a daily "planner," a journal, a companion. We use it all together in a group that takes place at New Year's to go deep together as women doing the revolutionary thing of claiming our energy and improving our impact without burnout or having to sacrifice what truly matters.

I'm Sarah Poet

I am passionate not only about creating harmony between feminine & masculine, but also guiding women in how we can truly redefine the value of our feminine resources to amplify women's sovereignty, prosperity, satisfaction and impact.

When you are sovereign in your resources, the world responds differently to you.

I want to help with that and I do so through unique teachings and guiding transformational processes.

Commitment & Next Steps:

1. The system requires you to use it 7 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes at night, 30 minutes on Sundays.

2. There are weekly group calls. Participants need to be able to make attendance a priority.

3. You must have a minimum of an email exchange or voice chat with Sarah before joining to ensure that this is the right space for you at this time.

We begin January 8.
